Executive Coaching Package

The Executive Coaching Package is designed for managers or directors that would like (or are required) to boost their effectiveness and their performance in business; it suits a broad range of situations such as soft skills, lack of confidence in dealing with a new role, people management, change management, time management, behavioural issues, stress management and conflict resolution.

The Executive Coaching Package uses a large number of coaching tools that get implemented in a bespoke fashion and on an ad hoc basis; it includes:

  • 12 sessions (lasting up to 3 hours each) over a period of 3 or 6 months. This length of time would be decided with the Coachee and to be acceptable to the sponsor, the person that ultimately signs off and authorizes the coaching agreement;
  • Detailed reporting for the coachee, at the end of each session, that outlines progresses and future actions agreed;
  • Sponsorship agreement with the employer and common working methodology that allows full confidentiality between coach and coachee while keeping the sponsor informed about the progresses achieved at various stages of the coaching package;
  • Extra comprehensive assistance between session in the form of Emails and short phone calls;
  • One catch up session to be planned at 3 to 6 months after the completion of the coaching programme.

Behavioural tests such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator or 360-degree feedback are often part of the Executive Coaching Package:  MaGa Coaching usually refers clients to specialised organisations or organises the whole process via its network of trusted suppliers and charges it back to the client.
